Everything a finished part needs

Eight processes, all in-house. That matters more than it sounds: a metallized surface records every error made before it, so controlling the whole chain is what makes the finish repeatable.

01

Physical Vapour Deposition

Turning moulded plastic into metal — in a vacuum, one atom at a time.

Physical Vapour Deposition

Vacuum Metallizing (VM)

Provides plastic parts with an aluminized gloss or matte bright reflective finish.

Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallizing (NCVM)

A combination of unique processing and specific coating metals gives parts a metallized appearance without an electrically-conductive surface.

Sputtering

Vaporizing conductive materials (copper, gold), non-conductive metals and alloys (stainless steel) as coatings for a plastic substrate.

EMI Shielding

Thick, highly conductive metal coatings that give a plastic part electro-magnetic interference shielding.

02

Injection Moulding

Single and double shot thermoplastic injection, 50 to 500 ton.

Injection Moulding

Single & double shot

Thermoplastic injection machines ranging from 50 to 500 ton, supporting two-material parts in a single cycle.

03

Spray Painting

UV-curing and thermal-curing coatings, gloss to soft-feel.

Spray Painting

Complete spray facilities

Various spray coatings (UV-curing paint, thermal-curing paint) and finishes (gloss, matte, soft-feel, hard-coat) applied to plastic parts.

04

Laser Marking

High-resolution artwork on 2D and 3D part surfaces.

Laser Marking

3-axis hybrid marking

Hybrid laser marking machines allow high resolution artwork on the 2D/3D surface of a part.

Inking, Printing & Hot Stamping

Pad, silk-screen, CNC inking and hot foil, in any colour.

Inking, Printing & Hot Stamping

Multiple methods

Tampo/pad printing, silk screen printing, automated CNC inking and hot foil stamping allow a wide range of colours and finishes for artwork on the surface of a part.

06

3D Printing

FDM prototyping, jigs and masking fixtures made in-house.

3D Printing

Fused Deposition Modelling

FDM printers allow rapid prototyping of 3D designs. Physical prototypes can be made and studied before production tooling is finalised, and jigs and fixtures — holding and masking jigs — are manufactured in-house.

Assembly & Sub-Assembly

Manual, semi-auto and autonomation lines with vision inspection.

Assembly & Sub-Assembly

Three levels of automation

Manual assembly (adhesive application and similar), semi-auto assembly (heat staking, ultrasonic welding) and autonomation assembly systems with integrated vision inspection.
